Delete your Tessera account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website:

• On the website: sign in, open My profile and choose Delete my account.
• In the app: open Profile and tap Delete my account.
• By email: if you can’t sign in, email roster@tessera.au from the address you use with Tessera and we’ll delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, mobile number, church memberships, roster places, offers, hand-overs, unavailability and notifications. Places you were rostered for become empty so your leaders can fill them. Nothing is kept afterwards.

If you are the only admin of a church that still has other people in it, make someone else an admin first. A church with nobody else in it is deleted with your account.
